Generation is not editing, and the difference shows
A photo editor moves pixels that already exist. A generator produces new ones, conditioned on the frame you gave it plus a description of what you want.
That is why the output is photorealistic rather than collaged, and it is also why you cannot ask it to nudge one shrub three feet left. There is no layer for the shrub. There is a new image in which a shrub happens to be somewhere else.
The practical technique that follows is re-rolling rather than correcting. If a render is 80% right, run it again rather than trying to fix it, and take the better of the two. The mechanism is covered in more depth here, including what image-to-image conditioning actually constrains.
Why two runs differ, and why that helps
Generation is sampled, not deterministic. The same photograph, the same style and the same tool will produce a recognisably similar but non-identical result each time — different bed shapes, a different tree species, paving running the other way.
Most people treat that as a bug for about five minutes and then start using it deliberately.
Three runs of one frame in one style is a set of options rather than a set of mistakes, and comparing them tells you what you actually care about. If all three keep the lawn and you keep preferring the one with less of it, that is information about you, not about the model.
There is no seed control in the app, so you cannot reproduce a specific render exactly. Save the ones you like when you get them.
What comes out, at what quality

A single still frame per run, full resolution on the free tier, with no watermark across it. Not a video, not a 3D model, not a rotatable scene — one photograph-shaped image of your yard, from the angle you shot it.
If you want a different viewpoint, you take a different photograph. The generator cannot orbit the camera around a yard it only ever saw from one position.
Resolution is enough to look at full screen on a phone and to send to a contractor. It is not a print asset for a client presentation, which is what the professional CAD packages at $1,599 to $2,004 a year are producing instead.

Where generators fail predictably

Slope is the big one. A single frame carries weak depth information, so a yard falling away across its width often comes back flat, with the terracing you actually need silently omitted.
Fine detail is the second. Fence pickets, step nosings and the far edge of long runs get approximate — the model is composing a plausible photograph rather than measuring your property.
Reflections and water are the third. Pool surfaces and glass frequently show things that are not in the scene.
And every render shows planting at maturity, so nothing you see is what the yard will look like in year one. Generate a few and compare rather than trusting a single frame — Skyble Lab would rather you found the failure modes on the free tier than after paying.
